Good questions deserve clear answers.

Find essential information about learning pathways, enrolment, course access, languages, and the professional education framework.

Choosing a pathway

01
Which learning path is right for me?

Begin with your present role. Dog guardians can start with practical understanding for everyday life. Aspiring coaches need a connected professional foundation. Established professionals can select deeper or specialist development aligned with their practice.

Do I need professional experience before starting?

Requirements depend on the individual course. Every final course page will state its intended audience, level, prerequisites, and expected outcome before enrolment.

Can I take an individual course without completing a full pathway?

Where the course has no prerequisite, yes. The catalogue will also show how each course connects to the wider learning journey so that you can make an informed choice.

Enrolment and access

02
How do I enrol in a course?

Select the course, review its details, and complete the secure checkout. Your account and course access are then connected to the email address used during enrolment.

Where will I find my purchased courses?

Sign in and open My Account. Your available learning content and account information will be accessible from the protected learner area.

What should I do if access does not appear?

First confirm that you are signed in with the same email address used for the order. If access is still missing, contact the University with the order reference so the connection can be checked.

Which payment methods are available?

The current methods are shown securely during checkout. Availability may depend on your country and the payment options enabled for the selected course.

The learning experience

03
What does “evidence-informed” mean?

It means that reliable knowledge is considered together with professional reasoning, welfare, ethics, the individual context, and the realities of applied practice. It does not mean reducing complex situations to a single study or technique.

Is the education based only on dog-training techniques?

No. The framework connects canine behaviour, the human context, communication, environment, welfare, ethics, decision-making, and reflective practice.

Will every course show its level and learning outcome?

Yes. Before the public catalogue is completed, every course will be quality-checked for a clear outcome, audience, level, format, scope, language, and connected next step.

Does completing a course replace veterinary or other regulated professional care?

No. Educational content does not replace individual veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or services that legally require a regulated professional.

Languages and support

04
Which languages will Dog Coach University support?

The framework is designed for English, German, Spanish, French, and Brazilian Portuguese. English is the master language; the availability of an individual course in other languages will be stated on its course page.

Are translated courses structurally equivalent?

The goal is one protected educational structure across all language versions. Translations are connected to the English master and reviewed before publication.

How can I contact the University?
